Fitchburg Fiber Optic Network

Mr. Hay of Fitchburg moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2000-0101, in line 19, by inserting after “item” the following: “provided further, that the department shall allocate not less than $350,000 to the City of Fitchburg for the implementation of a new municipal fiber optic cable network”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$2,193,999” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$2,543,999”.
