Amendment #390 to H4400

Increasing review of rules & regulations

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, Diehl of Whitman, DeCoste of Norwell and Lyons of Andover move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Section 5A of chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the figure “12” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 6.”
