Wayside Youth Mental Health Program

Representatives Hecht of Watertown and Lawn of Watertown move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5042-5000, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended for Wayside Youth and Family Support Network in Watertown to provide youth mental health first aid programs and training”.
