Health Center Substance Abuse Treatment

Mr. Michlewitz of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4510-0110, by inserting after the words “Section 330A(f)(1) of the United States Public Health Service Act at 42 USC 254c(f)(1)” the following: -

“provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended towards the North End Waterfront Neighborhood Health Center for the purpose of operations and maintenance of treating substance abuse” and in said item striking out the figures “$692,354” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$817,354”.
