Fitchburg City Hall Accessibility

Mr. Hay of Fitchburg moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the improvement of accessibility to the city hall in the city of Fitchburg.”
