Mr. Kaufman of Lexington moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $500,000 be expended for the construction of the Lexington Visitors Center;” and in said line item by striking out the figures “$163,176” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$663,176”.
