Substance Abuse Treatment

Mr. Michlewitz of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4512-0200, by inserting after the words “new recovery centers” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for planning, initial staffing and startup costs at St. Francis House in Boston for their substance abuse disorder outpatient clinic” and in said item striking out the figures “$137,173,457” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$137,273,457".
