Amendment #426 to H4400

Public Higher Education Campus Violence Prevention Position

Ms. Ehrlich of Marblehead moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7066-0000 by adding the following, “provided further, that not less than $83,560 shall be expended for an administrative position to support outreach, coordination, and activities around campus violence prevention, including but not limited to sexual assault; and in said item by striking the figures “$1,914,768” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “1,998,328”.
