Amendment #432 to H4400

Marlborough Elderly Public Housing

Representatives Gregoire of Marlborough and Gentile of Sudbury move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-9005, in line 25, by inserting after “repairs;” the following:-

"provided further that not less than $735,000 be expended for the replacement of building components removed due to asbestos and lead at the Pleasant Street State Elderly Public Housing Development 667-1, in Marlborough”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$65,500,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$66,235,000”.
