Swampscott Beach Access Program

Ms. Ehrlich of Marblehead moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2800-0500, by adding the following: “provided further, that no less than $45,000 shall be expended for the Beach Access Resilience Project in the town of Swampscott.”
