Mr. Carvalho of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7061-9611, in line 31, by inserting after the word “partnerships” the following: “; provided that not less than $50,000 be expended for I Have a Future” ; and in said item by striking out the figures "$2,376,923" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$2,426,923".
