Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, in line 6, by inserting after "affairs;" the following: "provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to the town of Rehoboth for repairs and upgrades to the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system at its Senior Center"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$16,515,125" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$16,535,125”.
