Amendment #46 to H4400

Berkshire Elderly Transportation

Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 9110-9002, by adding the following:- and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Claire Teague Senior Center in Great Barrington for enhanced regional senior transportation services through the Southern Berkshire Elderly Transportation Corporation; and in said item by striking out the figures “$16,515,125” and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$16,565,125”
