Developmental Center Mitigations

Mr. Dooley of Norfolk moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5911-1003, in line 13 by inserting after the word “Inc” the following: - “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be allocated as mitigations amongst the towns and cities hosting a developmental center, referred to as a ‘state school’ under Chapter 19B of the General Laws”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$68,858,130” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$68,958,130”.
