Business Development Grant Program in the City of Lowell

Representatives Golden of Lowell, Mom of Lowell and Nangle of Lowell move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-1206, in line 3, by inserting after the word "organizations" the following: “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to the Department of Planning and Development in the city of Lowell for the continued implementation of a business development grant program run by the City in conjunction with a qualified public institution in Lowell.”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,400,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,900,000";
