Amendment #479 to H4400

Business Development Grant Program in the Town of Chelmsford

Representatives Golden of Lowell, Arciero of Westford and Nangle of Lowell move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-1206, in line 3, by inserting after the word "organizations" the following: “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be appropriated for the town of Chelmsford to create a business development grant program.”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,400,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,600,000"
