Entrepreneurship programming in Western Massachusetts

Mr. Barrett of North Adams moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting, after line item 7100-0700, the following:

"7100-0801  For the Innovation Commercialization Seed Fund established in section 45 of chapter 75 of the General Laws; provided, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended as a grant to Lever, Inc. in the City of North Adams to support regional economic development and entrepreneurship programming in western Massachusetts.....................................$25,000"
