Seekonk Hazardous Waste Cleanup

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2260-8870, in line 3, by inserting after the word "landfills" the following: “provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the town of Seekonk for the expense of the hazardous waste cleanup at the Attleboro Dye Works facility site”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$12,216,796” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$13,216,796”.
