Amendment #487 to H4400

Marijuana Industry Related Pilot Degree Programs at Roxbury Community College

Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION X. The Cannabis Control Commission shall conduct a feasibility study on the creation, implementation, and the cost associated with piloting marijuana industry related degree programs at Roxbury Community College. The commission shall submit its findings to the Joint Committee on Higher Education and Senate Committees on Ways and Means no later than Mar 1, 2019................ $100,000”
