Salt Storage Facility in Spencer

Mr. Durant of Spencer moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1599-0026 by adding the following:- “and provided further, that not less than $750,000 shall be expended for the design and construction of the Municipal Salt Storage Facility in the Town of Spencer.”
