Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in section 31, in line 269, by inserting after the word “homeland security;” the words “1 member appointed by the minority leader of the house of representatives; and 1 member appointed by the minority leader of the senate;”
