Cape Cod Rail Trail Planning Study Amendment

Mr. Crocker of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, by adding in line item 7008-0900 the following: “; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the purpose of the Cape Cod Rail Trail Phase Four Planning Study which has been mandated by MASS DOT to research alternative routes for the rail trail.”
