Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7027-0019, in line 18, by inserting after the words “between the two programs” the following: “and provided further, that not less than $150,000 be expended for Bottom Line to provide college transition and college retention services for low-income or aspiring first-generation college students;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$3,918,499” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$4,068,499”.
