Amendment #514 to H4400

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

“SECTION XX. Section 1 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in line 144,  the words ‘six per cent’, and inserting in place thereof the following:- ‘eight and one half per cent’’
