Amendment #522 to H4400

LLC Initial Filing Fee Reduction

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Section 12 of chapter 156C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 42, the words “five hundred dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $250.”
