Estimated Sales Tax Commission Appointments

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in section 30, in lines 246-248, inclusive, by striking out the words “1 member of the house who shall be appointed by the minority leader; 1 member of the senate who shall be appointed by the minority leader” and inserting in place thereof the words “the minority leader of the house or a designee; the minority leader of the senate or a designee”.
