Amendment #556 to H4400

Hampshire County Family Resolutions Specialty Court

Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 0330-0300,by adding the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $175,000 shall be expended for the Family Resolutions Specialty Court at the Hampshire Probate and Family Court.”

and in said item striking out the figures “$228,933,576” and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$229,108,576”
