Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend bill in section 2, in line item 7061-0012, in line 11, by inserting after the word "guidelines:" the following: "at least Tyngsborough for FY2019",  and in said item by striking out the figures "$300,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "400,000,000".
