Highland and Acre park and playground amendment

Mr. Mom of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item  2810-0100, in line 17, by inserting after “rink season”  the following: “; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for park and playground projects in the Highland and Acre sections of Lowell;”.
