Berlin Community Garden Irrigation

Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100 by adding the following: - “provided further, that no less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Town of Berlin for the installation of an artesian well and submerged pump for garden irrigation.”
