Amendment #590 to H4400

Increasing the cap on work hours for retirees

Representatives Durant of Spencer, Gifford of Wareham, Crocker of Barnstable, Campanale of Leicester, McKenna of Webster and Whelan of Brewster move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX Subsection (b) of section 91 of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the words “nine hundred and sixty hours” and inserting the following words:- fifteen hundred hours

SECTION XX. Subsection (c) of said section 91 of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the words “nine hundred and sixty” and inserting the following words:- fifteen hundred."
