Decisions at Every Turn

Mr. Lewis of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, in line 23, by inserting after "17" the following:

"provided further that no less than $20,000 shall be expended for the Decisions at Every Turn Coalition, for grants and contracts with substance abuse programs to provide comprehensive prevention, intervention and recovery services."; and in said item by striking out the figures "$137,173,457" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$137,193,457".
