Amendment #603 to H4400

An Amendment enhancing safety and security in Upper Cape Cod regional school district buildings

Representatives Hunt of Sandwich, Gifford of Wareham, Fernandes of Falmouth and Vieira of Falmouth move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-0005, in line 14, by inserting after "commonwealth;" the following: "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for safety upgrades for buildings within the Upper Cape Cod regional school district;" and in said item by striking out the figures "$11,823,711" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$11,923,711".
