Amendment #611 to H4400

EEA Human Resources Consolidation

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by inserting after the word “Laws” the following:

“; provided, that the secretary may take all actions necessary or appropriate to consolidate the human resource and payroll processing functions of the department of public utilities, the department of environmental protection, the department of fish and game, the department of agricultural resources, the department of conservation and recreation and the department of energy resources within the executive office”.
