Amendment #625 to H4400

South Branch of the Nashua River

Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0100, by adding the following: - “provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Town of Clinton for the maintenance and improvement of the south branch of the Nashua River to lessen hazard of flood.”
