Norton Master Planning

Representatives Barrows of Mansfield and Howitt of Seekonk move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1599-0026, by inserting the following: “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the planning and economic development of the re-zoned parcels of Rt. 140 and Rt. 123 in the Town of Norton, to modernize and archive planning and zoning department capabilities for expedited planning analysis and permitting.”
