Amendment #636 to H4400

Market Street Cold-in-Place/Hot-in Place Pavement Rehab

Mr. McGonagle of Everett moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1595-6368, by adding the following: "and provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to revitalize a commercial corridor with a cold-in-place technique to revitalize the pavement and sub-base while disrupting traffic as little as possible.  These streets are part of the commercial corridor between Chelsea and Everett; Route 99 and Route 1" and in said line item by striking out the figures "$322,679,448" and inserting in place thereof the following figures "$322,829,448".
