Mr. McGonagle of Everett moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after 7003-0803 the following item: "xxxx-xxxx To increase the availability of workforce development services in the city, including the creation of a mini career resource center in city hall, enhanced community based outreach on career and training opportunities, and two new workforce development positions.  Given the existing workforce opportunities, Everett urgently needs to ensure that residents have the resources to acquire these jobs with strong career paths....$195,381".
