Amendment #644 to H4400

Representatives Rushing of Boston, Carvalho of Boston, Madaro of Boston, Kafka of Stoughton, Ryan of Boston and Holmes of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7002-0010, by inserting after the word “agreements”, the following: “provided further, that the executive office of housing and economic development, in cooperation with the commonwealth corporation, shall award not less than $300,000 to the New England Center for Arts and Technology, Inc.”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,880,224” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$2,180,224”.
