Representatives Rushing of Boston, Barber of Somerville, Carvalho of Boston, Connolly of Cambridge and Provost of Somerville move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4590-1507, by inserting after the words “member organizations” the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Center for Teen Empowerment, Inc.”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$3,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “3,150,000”.
