Mr. Collins of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4510-0110, in line 5, by inserting after the words "at 42 USC 254c(f)(1)", the following text: “provided that not less than $175,000 shall be expended for the continuation of a comprehensive substance abuse and narcotic use reduction program at a federally qualified community health center located in South Boston”; and in said item by striking out the figures "503,653" and inserting in place thereof the figures "678,653".
