Amendment #681 to H4400

Natural Disaster Relief

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7008-9000 the following: "; provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the town of West Springfield to offset costs due to unforeseen and extraordinary expenses that the town incurred as a result from homelessness due to natural disasters".
