Amendment #690 to H4400

Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School Improvements

Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-0008, by inserting the following:

"provided further, that not less than $1,000,000  shall be expended for expansion of the Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School to complete a rail trail right of way purchase with the Pioneer Valley Railroad"

and in said item by striking out the figure "$4,871,530,948" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$4,872,530,948".
