Friends of West Springfield Park and Recreation

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7008-9000 the following: ";provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Friends of West Springfield Park and Recreation for infrastructure improvements and park maintenance".
