Amendment #701 to H4400

Hoops & Homework

Representatives Lewis of Framingham, Walsh of Framingham and Gentile of Sudbury move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in line 31, by inserting after "partnerships" the following:

"provided further that no less than $25,000 shall be expended for Hoops and Homework to provide academic and enrichment services for youth in Framingham."; and in said item by striking out the figures "$2,376,923" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$2,401,923".
