Amendment #702 to H4400

Children's Cove

Representatives Whelan of Brewster, Crocker of Barnstable, Hunt of Boston, Vieira of Falmouth, Peake of Provincetown and Fernandes of Falmouth move to amend the bill in section 2, in  item  4800-0038, by inserting after “flex services"  the following: "; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for Children's Cove The Cape & Islands Child Advocacy Center" and in said item by striking out the figures “$297,006,577” and in inserting in place thereof the figures “297,306,577”.
