Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 30, in line 243, by inserting after the words “implementing a” the words “modernized sales tax collection or”, and further amend in line 248, by striking out the words “3 members” and inserting in place thereof the words “2 members”; and further amend in line 252, by inserting after the figures “$1,000,000,” the words “1 of whom shall be a representative of a patented sales tax collection methodology company, 2 of whom shall be representatives of Massachusetts taxpayers”.
