Family Services Level Funding

Mr. Collins of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, by inserting in line 21, after the words "flex services"  the following: "provided further, that programs in substantial regulatory and contractual compliance shall receive not less than the same level of funding in fiscal year 2019 and received in fiscal year 2018".
