Amendment #710 to H4400

Artesani Park Outdoor Theatre

Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2810-0100, in line 25, by inserting after the word "parks" the following: "; and provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Friends of Herter Park for the maintenance of the outdoor theater in Artesani park with approval from the Department of Conservation and Recreation".
