Amendment #73 to H4400

Swansea Council on Aging Community Center

Representatives Haddad of Somerset and Howitt of Seekonk move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, in line 6, by inserting after "affairs;" the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the town of Swansea for design plans to implement a new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system at its Council on Aging Community Center"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$16,515,125" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$16,565,125”.
